Return Policy

Items that are in the original packaging and are unused can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. If you meet these requirements and need a return or exchange, please contact customer support at hello@mellibaby.com. Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Because our products are used by infants, we cannot return opened or used items. There is no way for us to know what allergens the materials have been exposed to and our top priority is the safety of our customers.
